You will learn how to cook 4 kinds of popular Japanese pub food and how to pair food with sake for people who want to know something new food（not only sushi and ramen）and Japanese food culture deeply. We will cook yakitori (grilled chicken), rolled omelette, deep fried tofu and Japanese seasonal vegetable pickles. Each dish are possible to cook within 20-30 mins.
After cooking, you will enjoy eating them with 3 types of local sake I carefully selected. My town is one of the most famous place producing sake and has a lot of sake breweries so I will choose the best sake to taste with food depending on season. You will taste them and experience food and sake paring.
