We will cook home style ramen broth and ramen toppings like grilled pork, seasoned egg and the other toppings, and Gyoza from scratch. All recipes were created by me to recreated easily at home. In general, it takes very long time, like a few days, to make ramen broth but you will learn easy and quick ramen soup cooking way without instant soup stock. You will know secret tips to make ramen noodle when you can not buy it as well. Firstly, I will explain all ingredients to make the dishes. Then, I will demonstrate how to make all the dishes and we will cook together. Finally, we will eat them and enjoy chatting after finished cooking.
What to expect
