Sushi and Miso soup class

6,000 JPY~ per person / 10:30-13:00 or 16:00-18:30

We will cook three types of sushi, like nigiri sushi and Japanese rolled sushi, uramaki, and miso soup. Firstly, I will show you how to make sushi rice and “dashi” which is traditional Japanese soup stock made from fish and seaweed. After that, we will make sushi and miso soup. Finally, we will eat all dishes together after finished cooking.

What to expect

・Understand basic Japanese cooking method and ingredients
・Learn how to prepare all the ingredients to make sushi like making sushi rice and slicing fish with a Japanese sharp knife
・Make 3 types of sushi by yourself
・Learn how to make dashi broth and miso soup


・4 pieces of nigiri sushi
・1 shin sushi roll
・1 uramaki(California roll)
・Miso soup
・Small dessert
・Green tea and water
