We will cook three types of sushi, like nigiri sushi and Japanese rolled sushi, uramaki, and miso soup. Firstly, I will show you how to make sushi rice and “dashi” which is traditional Japanese soup stock made from mushroom and seaweed. After that, we will make sushi and miso soup. Finally, we will eat all dishes together after finished cooking.
What to expect
